obligatory: adjective form  Paying taxes is obligatory.

to be based upon- phrasal verb:  1)to have has a foundation   English is based upon Latin and German.
'noun' -based- adjective form   2) English is Latin and German-based language.
3) to be based v. To be located or situated someplace   Some Polish soldiers are based in afghanistan.
4) intensive adj. 1 involving a lot of activity, effort, or careful attention in a short period of time:

She took a one-week intensive course in English.
supposed to be phrasal verb= should  You are supposed to be a responsible citizen.
